E-Statements are now available on MemberDirect! Effective July 12th, you can now access your account statements back to October 2009. Just login as usual and click on "E-statements" in the menu on the left side of the page. Then click on "Click here to download your statement" - you are then forwarded to a page that lists the available statements. You may wish to save or print each statement for you records. If you would like to cancel your monthly paper statement please contact one of our helpful staff at either branch.
By now you will have seen improvements to our Monthly statements. You will notice that there are better descriptions for purchases, less wasted space, and most importantly....less pages. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MEMBERS - Recently, there have been reports of online banking fraud due to home computers not being set up with proper security protocols. What can you do prevent this from happening?
1) Choose unique passwords, safeguard them and change them frequently. 2) Maintain up-to-date anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall protection software. 3) Be sure to log off, disconnect and close the internet browser after each online banking session.
If you suspect fraud has occurred, report the matter immediately to us, and contact the RCMP. We have taken many precautions to protect your online banking services and to ensure that your information is safe. However, if you become an innocent victim of fraud, you will be reimbursed for any loss by Lafleche Credit Union.
