Interac e-Transfers are a fast, secure and convenient way for members to send and receive money. The sender does not need to know any of the recipients banking information to make this happen. Check out the link on our home page for more information, then log into your Internet banking to set up a recipient and make a transfer. It is that simple! Be sure to set up your alerts as indicated below as a safety precaution.
ALLERTS FOR MEMBERDIRECT USERS
Guard against account FRAUD! Lafleche Credit Union alerts will let you know when important changes have been made to your information on MemberDirect Internet Banking. These alerts add additional protection to allow you to identify and report potential fraudulent activity as soon as it happens. For additional information log into LCU MemberDirect Internet Banking go to "My Profile", then "Alerts". Contact one of our helpful staff members if you have any questions.
CARD FRAUD: Did you know....if card fraud takes place on your account, according to your account agreement, you only have 30 days from your statement date of the month the fraud occured, to notify us, otherwise you can be held liable for the loss. IMPORTANT...please take the time to look over your account history for any suspicious transactions on a MONTHLY basis, or MORE frequently if you have on-line access and notify us ASAP! Card fraud is on the rise...don't be a victim!

MOBILE WEB for SMART PHONES!
Mobile Web is now available to Lafleche Credit Union members using a smartphone. It is basically an optimized version of our MemberDirect online banking for your iPhone, Blackberry, or Android phone. It does not require downloading or installing any application and is designed specifically for use in smartphones with web browsers. Through Mobile Web your banking information can be accessed anywhere, anytime on your smartphone. You can view account balances, pay bills, transfer funds, etc., with just a few easy steps. In order to use Mobile Web you need to have access to Internet Banking (MemberDirect). Any questions please call one of our helpful staff at either of our Lafleche CU branches. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that any post-dated Bill Payments you set up are paid on time. MemberDirect Bill Payments are NOT guaranteed to be paid on time to meet bill payment cutoffs, and occasionally a bill payment that is set up does not go through, even though you may have received a confirmation number for the payment. We apolgize for any inconvenience, but this is out of our control, and has been reported to the technical team.
